Terms & Conditions

• All orders require a 25% deposit + Your deposit is the only way to secure your event. 
• Invoices are good for 4 days and will  automatically be cancelled if no deposit has been made  
• Payments can be made via venmo, zelle, apple pay, cash or paypal (paypal transactions require a 2.9% transaction fee)  
• Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation | Allow 7-10 business days for refund on additional monies  
• Final payment is due 15 days prior to the event date. 
• No refund permitted for cancellations within 15 days prior to the event , all payments are forfeited.  no refunds permitted for no show guests.

Y|A Cakes And Catering LLC,  will always make every effort in the highest of standards to satisfy your food expectations. All food is prepared in a cooking facility  environment, and foods may come in contact with allergens which may cause food allergies or sensitivity. 

We will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed, or debris one may come in contact with while consuming our products, specifically for food that's displayed in outdoor spaces. We have no control of weather conditions and will always do our best to make necessary setting changes to accommodate the extent of weather or wind conditions, however we will not be held accountable for natural conditions and how it may affect food services.
